De Interflon Oil Dispenser Nozzle is een praktische en efficiënte oplossing voor het gericht aanbrengen van Interflon oliën. Deze nozzle is speciaal ontwikkeld voor toepassingen waar smering met een aerosol (spuitbus) niet gewenst is en waar een gecentraliseerd smeersysteem niet kostenefficiënt is. De nozzle zorgt voor een gecontroleerde en nauwkeurige oliedosering op het gewenste smeerpunt.

Ideal for industrial lubrication applications requiring safe, precise, and economical oil delivery to inaccessible lubrication points during operation. Particularly suitable for chains, guideways, and moving components where accurate lubrication and minimal oil consumption are essential.
Gebruiksinstructies
Install the Oil Dispenser Nozzle securely using the appropriate mounting bracket and connect it to the lubrication system and target lubrication points. Adjust the oil and air flow settings using the precision divider block to achieve the required lubrication output. Operate the system manually or via PLC control while maintaining the recommended operating pressure of approximately 2 bar for consistent and reliable lubrication performance.
