De Interflon Oil Dispenser M1 is een handbediend, kostenefficiënt oil dispensing system met één outlet, ontwikkeld voor het gecontroleerd en gelijkmatig aanbrengen van smeerolie. Door olie nauwkeurig te doseren op kettingen blijven deze optimaal gesmeerd en worden verbruik en onderhoudskosten verlaagd. Smeren met de Oil Dispenser vormt een veilig en efficiënt alternatief voor het gebruik van aerosolen.
Toepassingsgebieden
Ideal for industrial lubrication applications requiring safe, precise, and economical oil delivery to difficult-to-access lubrication points. Particularly suitable for chains, guideways, and moving components where controlled lubrication during operation is essential. Can also be used with a brush applicator where chain lubrication applicators cannot be installed.
Gebruiksinstructies
Install the Oil Dispenser securely and connect it to the required lubrication points using the appropriate applicator or brush system. Adjust the oil and air flow settings via the precision divider block to achieve the desired lubrication output. Operate the system manually or integrate it into a PLC-controlled process, ensuring all connections are properly secured and the operating pressure remains approximately 2 bar for optimal performance.
